The floral motifs in the Boulle marquetry of this 18th century decorative clock had become unstuck in numerous places.

I dismantled all the different elements, cleaned them and put them back together with fish glue.

For the bronze, I simply cleaned the gilding as the original gilding was still in good condition.
I entrusted the repair of the mechanism to a qualified clockmaker.

You can see that there is a beautiful work of perspective on the base and back of the mechanism.
